Redback One is a combat training institute offering both core and advanced level instruction for the military, law enforcement and civilian sectors. Our instructors are experienced veterans with a knowledge base that encompasses combat marksmanship; counter terrorist training, executive protection, motorcade and convoy operations, SWAT techniques, K9 tactical deployment and precision rifle shooting. We recognize the need for a progressive curriculum that can sufficiently address the multi-faceted, high-threat environment that todays soldier or law enforcement officer encounters during engagement. We provide a comprehensive approach to training that instills core fundamentals and fortifies students knowledge of advanced operational techniques. In the interest of addressing specific client needs, we have developed course offerings at several skill levels and work in tandem with existing mission profiles to provide specialized cost-effective training solutions.
Mobile Training Teams
We currently offer Mobile Training Teams for all of our training courses. Our instructors travel throughout the United States and abroad to conduct training. MTTs allow our customers to maximize their training funds by conducting training locally utilizing local range facilities. This alleviates complicated logistic issues such as traveling with weapons and shipping ammunition.

Training Methodology
Redback One stresses the importance of ongoing skill-building and routine self-evaluations. We have divided our offerings into three successive components:
Initial Training: addresses the needs of units who wish to learn the fundamentals of a given discipline and how they are applied in live engagements. Once a student has sufficiently mastered the principles and drills of the first phase, they progress to the next rung of our curriculum.
Continuation Training: builds upon the concepts presented in initial training and introduces advanced techniques for the more experienced shooter or combatant. In this module, students will be asked to perform accurately in increasingly high-stress scenarios.
Sustainment Training: designed for the expert-level student to update and maintain their skill sets at recurring intervals. We believe this level of training serves as the crux for success in combat and law enforcement operations.
Unlike other training institutes, Redback One maintains the same fundamentals throughout all three tiers of their curriculum. Because our company emphasizes progressive learning, students will not be expected to adopt techniques that are contrary to what they have reviewed in previous courses. Training commences with an individual skills assessment that allows our instructors to pinpoint knowledge gaps and augment students' understanding of fundamentals. Upon completion of our courses, students will receive a diagnostic report that measures their individual performance and itemizes specific skills which they have mastered. By providing our students with quantifiable skill assessments, we enhance the ability of unit commanders to maximize the individual talents of their soldiers or officers and gauge the knowledge of their subject-matter experts (SME's).
Director of Training
Jason M. Falla is founder and Director of Redback One's training division, a firearms and tactics training company for military, law enforcement, government and civilian personnel, which was established in April, 2010.
As a veteran of the Australian Army Special Operations Command, 6 years experience in the Commando Regiment and a further 6 years in the Special Air Service Regiment (SASR), Jason's experience includes roping, climbing, mountain warfare, vehicle mounted mobility and water operations. He has extensive experience in counter terrorist operations, combat medicine, heavy weapons, counter terrorist driving, special reconnaissance and surveillance, CQB and hostage rescue.
Jason has over 5 years of experience as a lead firearms and tactics instructor in the United States. He developed, designed and implemented several training programs for the US military, foreign militaries and law enforcement departments.
Jason holds U.S instructor certifications outside the military with the NRA, H&K Training Division as a Pistol Instructor and Sub-Machine Gun Instructor, Safariland Less Lethal Impact Munitions Instructor. Basic Explosive Handler & Advanced Explosive Entry.
REDBACK ONE - COMBAT PISTOL SIGHTS
Precision CNC machined from heat treated 4140 bar stock, these sights are designed to withstand the rigors of combat. The rear sight features a square notch for fast alignment with our tritium dot front sights. The rear sight is serrated at 40 lpi to reduce glare in varied lighting conditions. The front sight blade is contoured and dehorned for comfortable handling and carry.
The rear sights are a standard .156 width and feature a square notch. The .156 is a very fast notch width for combat shooting.
Our front sight is standard at .125" wide with 40lpi serrations to provide crisp visual focus and glare reduction. The .215" height is our standard for combat sights and provides point of aim, point of impact from 25 meters to 100 meters using the Redback One standard handgun, a Glock 17.
Our sights are only sold in sets and are only available in plain black with the tritium insert.

Target Descriptions
Price - $0.80 cents per target ($0.70 for 100+ targets)
Zero
The RB1 Zero target has been specifically designed for zeroing combat rifles to 200m. It features two aiming areas conveniently located at the bottom of the target for ease of zeroing. The horse-shoe gives the shooter a reference point for either iron sights or combat optics. There is a 1" black aiming square and a 1" white box underneath used to zero weapons at 25m for a 200m zero. The two 10" bulls-eye targets gives the shooter the ability to confirm zero at 50m or further.
Silhouette
The RB1 Silhouette Target is the same dimensions as a standard IDPA target. It has a standard 8" circle and a 'home plate' zone in the head allowing the shooter to practice low percentage shooting.
Target 01
This target consists of two rows of 7" circles with a 1" square as an aiming mark and two rows of 3" circles that are numbered 1-16 allowing the shooter to practice speed and accuracy drills incorporating 'Barrel Sight Awareness' training at close range.
Target 02 (SOLD OUT)
This target consists of four different geometric shapes that are typically found on competition targets. There are four 3x5 rectangles, two 3" circles, four 7" circles and two IPSC body A-Zones. This target gives the shooter maximum flexibility during training by being able to shoot multiple drills on the one target.

Survival Bracelets
Made in the USA by RB1 staff from 550 Paracord which includes 7 inner strands surrounded by a strong outer sheath. Each bracelet allows its owner to carry 7 - 10 feet of cord that can be easily unraveled and used in any situation that calls for its use.
King Cobra - The 550 Paracord King Cobra weave Survival Bracelet in desert camo and black is twice the width of the cobra weave slim design with around 16ft of cord.
The bracelet secures with a knot closure but is also available with a 3/4" curved side release buckle.
Redback - The official RB1 550 Paracord Survival Bracelet is available in the popular Cobra weave slim design in red and black.
The bracelet clips with a 3/8" curved side release buckle but is also available with a knot closure.
When measuring for your wrist size please take a tight, exact measurement.
Wrap a seamstress measuring tape (in inches) or wrap a string around your wrist, mark it and then measure the distance. Add 1" To Your Actual Wrist Size to allow for the diameter of the Paracord and some room for comfort. If you are in-between sizes, pick the larger size.
Example: Your wrist loosely measures 8 inches just add 1" = 9 " - A 9inch bracelet is the proper size for an 8" wrist.
Please keep in mind that the average male wrist size is 7-8, and the average female wrist size is 6-7. Please double-check your wrist measurement before ordering.
Shrinking: Keep in mind that if your Strap is large, it can be shrunk slightly by soaking it in warm water for 5 minutes. Let the Strap air-dry and it should tighten roughly ¼" for a more comfortable fit. You may have to do this a couple of times.
Returns: Please be sure to measure your wrist, add 1" and order the appropriate size. Returns will NOT be accepted for bracelets ordered in the wrong size.
